What happens when you call

When you call, you don’t need anything ready. Our team will take your name, the name of the person who has died and a short summary of where things are, then point you to the right place to start.

That is usually an application for a grant, if the estate needs one. Our guide to whether you need a grant is the quickest way to find out. If what you want is advice about where you stand, as an executor or as a beneficiary, it’s a fixed fee consultation with one of our lawyers instead.
