Apply for a Grant

We’ll send you a checklist to help gather the documents and information we need – things like the Will, death certificate, asset details, and contact information for executors or beneficiaries.

You can even get a head start by downloading our checklists for Probate and Letters of Administration.

Once we’ve received your completed checklist, we’ll confirm your fixed-fee quote and send you our Costs Agreement.

Our team gets to work. Within five business days of payment, we’ll have your application drafted and ready for your review.

When the paperwork is good to go, we’ll book in a meeting with one of our lawyers to have your documents signed and witnessed.

We lodge your application with the Supreme Court of WA. From there, it usually takes 4–6 weeks for your Grant to be issued.

Once your Grant is ready, we’ll let you know. You can collect it or we’ll send the original to you by post.
