The application process

We’ll help you figure out the best path forward. To start, we’ll just need:

The full name of the person who has passed
A quick summary of the situation (if you’re unsure what service you need)

We’ll send you a checklist to help gather the documents and information we need – things like the Will, death certificate, asset details, and contact information for executors or beneficiaries.

You can even get a head start by downloading our checklists for Probate and Letters of Administration.

Once we’ve received your completed checklist, we’ll confirm your fixed-fee quote and send you our Costs Agreement.
