Once the paperwork is ready, we’ll book you in with one of our lawyers to sign and witness your documents
We lodge your application with the Supreme Court of WA. From there, it usually takes 4-6 weeks for your Grant to be issued (Court timeframes vary).
Once your Grant is ready, we’ll let you know. You can collect it or we’ll send the original to you by post.
