On the spot services

    Attend your appointment

    We'll prepare your application before you arrive. You'll sign the application and we'll then lodge it at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

    If you're unable to make it to our office we can send your application to you to sign in front of a lawyer or Justice of the Peace.

  • Receive your grant

    The Court usually takes between 4 – 6 weeks to process your application and issue the Grant.

    We’ll contact you to arrange for you to collect the Grant or we’ll send it to you by registered post.
