Gather information

You'll need to send us documents and information about the estate at least two business days before your appointment. Get prepared by gathering the information on the appropriate checklist:
- Application for Probate
- Application for Letters of Administration
- Reseal application
Arrange an appointment

Telephone us on (08) 9220 4490 to arrange your appointment or book online.

Our on the spot services are suitable for straightforward applications. If there are any factors that might complicate the estate, call us and we’ll help you work out what service is right for you.
Complete the checklist

Send us the information on the appropriate checklist at least two business days before your appointment:

Attend your appointment

We'll prepare your application before you arrive. You'll sign the application and we'll then lodge it at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
If you're unable to make it to our office we can send your application to you to sign in front of a lawyer or Justice of the Peace.
Receive your grant

The Court usually takes between 4 – 6 weeks to process your application and issue the Grant.

We’ll contact you to arrange for you to collect the Grant or we’ll send it to you by registered post.
