Carolina joined Birman & Ride in the firm’s Wills and Probate team in December 2020.

She is passionate about helping clients prepare and plan for the welfare of their dependants when they are no longer around. As the parent of a child with disability, Carolina understands that the biggest worry of all parents in her place is how to protect their vulnerable child after their death. She is committed to helping her clients find peace of mind.

Carolina is fiercely enthusiastic about this complex area of law, so much so that she is currently completing her Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates and Estate Planning.

Carolina completed her Bachelor of Business in 2015 and Diploma in Law (LPAB NSW) in 2017. She was admitted as a lawyer in 2019 and previously practised in migration law.

Carolina is a mum of two highly energetic boys. Outside the office, Carolina enjoys reading, going to the park or beach, or just chilling at home with her boys.
